We went to make a claim on our car and could not get warrantyusa by phone or web site. We purchased the warranty in March 2001 and I spoke with them in November of 2001. It is August of 2002 and I thought I had purchased a good extended warranty for my car and now I don't have any coverage for needed repairs. I want a refund from this company!!
