Was sold a used vehicle by a by here pay her dealership. He insisted the vehicle was a "good used" car. He admitted the car stopped running when he was bringing it from whereever he bought the car, and that the problem was fixed. Within days of making the down payment and taking possession, the car was returned 2xs because it stopped running. The problem was supposedly fixed and I asked for paper work about the repairs but none was available. A few weeks went by and the vehicle continued to quit and have other problems.

I asked the owner to put me into another vehicle on his lot but he refused unless I gave him an additional $500 down payment, of which I did not have. I gave him the car back, he sold it at auction, he took me to small claims and now I have an appeal to the civil court.

I've since discovered this dealership has for years filed over a hundred cases in small claims court against other customers whom he sold bad used cars. And many cases that have been appealed to the district court. He provides a bad product, bad business practice, and places individuals at a financial disadvantage. We think we are getting a need met, but just get sued and left without that need met, or legal recourse.
