I received an offer for a grab bag. I spoke with their rep, Matt, and he asked me what type of shaft I wanted. I wanted a Steel shaft on the 3 wood. When I got my club it was graphite. I assumed it was a mistake and called to have it corrected. The rep I got on the phone said that it was a grab bag and I was lucky I even got a 3 wood.We went back and forth and eventually she hung up on me. I wrote an email to the company since they "pride themselves on their customer service." I recieved a phone call a few hours later that day. Chantel (xt 6762) said that they were very sorry this had happened and that they'd email me a Return Number by the end of the day. She also said that they would make me a new 3 wood with a Steel shaft. I didn't receive the Return Number within a few days so I called. Chantel was not available so a different rep said that in the notes of my account it said that they'd get me a Return Number and if I didn't get it by Monday to give them a call again. Since Monday was MLK day, I emailed them this morning.


A few minutes ago, John called and said that they wouldn't be able to resolve the problem the way they had promised and said that they only way to fix it would be to "test-run" a complete set of clubs. I asked him why they would not honor what was promised to me and he said that "obviously Matt and Chantel need better training." 


I just emailed them again right now to tell them to take me off of their mailing list and to stop calling me to try to "correct" the problem.


So much for intergrity.


I, on the other hand, am doing exactlly what I said I would in my last email to them and am going on every website I can find about scams and am telling my story.
