My APR just spiked from 8.5 to 19.99% (effective APR 21.69%) even though my payments were on time and I had not used the card for 3 months. Supposedly, they had placed a letter in October bill stating APR may increase and you had to opt out by Nov 30th. APR supposedly increased due to credit risk although my credit score is excellent and no other late payments. I just spoke with three reps asking to opt out with previous rate, they say this is no longer an option. Stay FAR FAR away from this company and its products or you will regret it!!!!!
