A previous complaint from 2012 was online and I'm shocked that the issue is still not resolved. This is the new Washington State unemployment website. The original complaint was about not having the option of "Contract/Temp" employment is the reason for no longer working. Not only does the site or phone line list this optioin, which is the same reason I'm unemployed, but they also do not list on the site or on their email confirmation when to submit your file for that week. It has always been starting on Sunday you can submit your file, but again they have a new website, who knows what the Washington State goverment has done with our unemployment requirements.
The site is lacking in information and the change of URL is unnecessary. Hopefully someone with ability to stop the mess and make it stable will take charge and resolve these issues.
