Decided to give them a try to see what the hype was about.

They RUINED my $175 Burberry polo. It came back with stains and wrinkles and went it looking better.

They made me jump through hoops and go back and forth just so they can "re attempt" cleaning it. Well guess what you guys ruined the shirt and you wasted 2 hours of my day to try to get it resolved. I would have been better off driving 3 minutes to the dry cleaners and not dealing with this crap.

You would think a startup who relies on their reviews to do a better job but no!

I WARN EVERYONE! IF YOU HAVE EXPENSIVE CLOTHES DO NOT TRUST THEM!

All they do is outsource the jobs to a bunch of different cleaners and obviously do no Quality Control. AND THEY CHARGE 4X THE AMOUNT. THEY ARE A SCAM! DON'T USE THEM!
