With inputs from Marcos, our company did not receive any official complaint regarding his unshipped watch, hence it is absolutely un professional to comment on the allegations.

We have hundreds and thousands of customers around the world who come to us and talk about any issues if they have and get them resolved. This is odd and completely without any documentary evidences.

We have PODs and shipping details with us for ALL the deliveries we ship.

Perhaps this is certainly not at all a right platform to talk about our operations and support related issues.

If Marcos really has had any issues it typically should not take 3 months to address them and that too in some third party website, which has nothing to do with our businesses or has any affiliations.

I request Marcos to write to our support team if he really has some issues or immediately stop negative propaganda against our company.
