I purchased a replica watch from Watchez.com based on their photograph and description of the item. When watch arrived it was not the same watch as pictured. It was a chronograph style watch with 3 small dials on the face of the watch. One dial was inoperative and another operated improperly. The watch band was also a different color than what was pictured.
On their website they said they would make exchanges, but when I e-mailed them to make an exchange they replied that I had to buy anoother watch from them and then they would exchange the one I bought. I e-mailed them twice more saying all I wanted to do was exchange the watch I was sent and I had no desire to buy another watch. Their responses did not address my questions, they just repeated that I had to buy another watch to and then they would make an exchange.
I don't want to buy another watch from this company, especially considering the poor quality of what they sent me. I just wanted a straight exchange. I feel ripped off and would never deal with this company again.

In response to the rebuttal warning me about Rolex watches, and breaking the law, please note:
I didn't buy a fake Rolex.

Eric, just an FYI, selling or buying replica goods like fake Rolex watches is against the law. You can be arrested and sued civilly by Rolex. Rolex can collect up to one million dollars per incident.
