I placed an order with Watchez.com a few weeks ago. Well after not hearing anything from them I decided to cancel my order. Well I got back to the web-site to look for a customer service number and there is nothing, only a fake comment board that gets no response. So I email andy@watchez.com about 5 times trying to cancel my order, finally after threatening to report them for internet fraud, and posting on this site, the guy emails me back and says that the charges will be reversed. At this point I thought I was done. Well I wake up this morning and check my online bank balance and what do I find my account had been charged, but it was not charged the 249 that the web-site had indicated, but 254. Well I have had enough. I just want my money back, and Im not going to stop filing complaints until I get it.
