I purchased a luxury watch from WatchMaxx (WatchMaxx.com) for several thousand dollars which stopped functioning correctly within a year. I requested either:
- a replacement
- a refund
The merchant ("Ben" at Watchmaxx; ben@watchmaxx.com) conveniently did not even include the warranty card with the watch, then offered his solution, which was that I pay another $1,700.00 and he would "exchange" the watch and include the warranty card.
It has been several years and multiple servicings of the watch later and it still does not keep time correctly. It is incredibly clear that the watch is a lemon, and the merchant refuses to even exchange it. I don't even have the warranty card which has been unreasonably withheld by the merchant.
I have seen many complaints against WatchMaxx and WatchMaxx.com and it is now clear why. Something is not right with this company; don't be fooled into buying from them because of their pricing...it is cheap for a reason!

email: lauren.murphy@XXX.com name: Lauren Murphy message: Message was sent from page http://www.watchmaxx.com/contactus To whom it may concern, This is the final time I am requesting the manufacturers warranty for a watch my boss, XXX, purchased on November 26, 2013 (Order #23348). I have called numerous times to request the warranty card from Tag Heuer (your customer representatives told me this was in progress numerous times 2-3 weeks ago), as well as an email confirmation that the request was sent from WatchMaxx to the manufacturer (which your customer service representatives told me they would do and have failed to). If I do not receive the warranty card or an email confirming that the request was sent by the end of this week I will speak direcly to Tag Heuer about the situation. Thank you.

Disgruntled Customer trying to Blackmail our Company after using the watch for over 3 years
AUTHOR: Ben - (United States of America)

This customer bought the watch back in 2013, in December of 2014 he opened his 3rd chargeback against us which he lost, claiming he did not receive a manufacturer warranty which we don’t include as per our website policy, however we did send him one.
We received an email Dec. 2014 that the watch is running fast (the first communication from this buyer about any repair issues). in the same emailthe customer stated that the watch was inauthentic, we had the customer send the watch to Tag Heuer for repair to prove its authenticity and we paid out of pocket $489.94 to adress his complaint and have it repaired.
We received the next communication from the buyer Jan 2017 that the watch is running fast, at this point we informed him that Tag Heuer only offers a 2 Year warranty and he should forward any complaints towards them. We 1000's upon 1000's of satisfied customers, which can be seen on Amazon, Ebey etc...
