WATER BOTTLE ECO WORTHY Stalled Mailing Order, Would Not Answer Emails Nor Answer Phone Calls Internet, Internet

Last week in September I purchased 4 collapable water bottles through Savemore.Com for a voucher to be used on waterbottles.com 

Early October, I placed my order with waterbottles.com and received confirmation of my order

November came and no shipment received.

Tried several times to call them only to get an answering machine asking to leave contact information. I also emailed them several times and finally the end October they said my order was being processed.

November came still no shipment.  Again I kept trying to contact them with no luck.

December came still no shipment.  Again I kept trying to contact them with no luck.

Middle of December I also tried to contact Savemore.com regarding the problems I was having and they also would not answer their phones nor reply to emails.

I finally contacted the BBB and sent them copies of all my correspondence.

In less than a week, the waterbottles.com contacted me through email issuing me a new order number as well as shipping number.

2 weeks go by and no shipment.  Again tried to contact both waterbottles.com and savemore.com and again no reply to emails or phone calls.

Then a few days later low and behold my order finally shows up on December 22, 2011

Someone online said that Savemore.com owns waterbottles.com  and if this is true and this is how they conduct business then AVOID both companies for your own piece of mind.  

Thank You Better Business BBB as I know they are the reason I received my order fianlly.
