A salesperson that came to my house was deceptive. I purchased a water treatment system for my home. I was told it was one price and then was charged 2x as much.
Deal was $4495 total.. $89 monthly payments and interest, taxes, etc. included in the total already. I completely understood $4495 payments of $89 per month (paid off in approx. 50 months). Turns out it's revolving credit and interests accrues each month it's not paid off. At 50 months (when it was supposed to be paid off) at $90 payments per month, I will still owe $7000.00!!! What a joke!!!
Also, the salesperson said they were BBB accredited.. NOT, they are actually rated an F!!
And to top it off, the unit is NOT the unit I was told I would receive. There is one model written on the agreement, a different one the install paperwork and the actual unit is a totally different manufacturer.
I just want to return the unit and get rid of the new credit line that was opened on my behalf (unbeknownst to me).
