After receiving numerous calls informing me it was a government sanctioned water survey, and not relenting on calling. I had the so called "water inspector" come and check it out. I fell for the nonstop barrage of horrible results from him and other "agencies" about the water. Also he told me he was only there to inspect the water for more conclusive results to contribute to the study and that he was not there to sell me anything.

I was then told they were rated highly with the BBB and that the equipment would do much more than a regular water softener, but of course I would have to pay for what I would get. I was not informed that the credit was revolving, that I would be paying a flat interest rate, and that all of the household cleaning would be lessened and that ultimately I would be saving money.

Well so far none of that has been true. My girlfriend and I have had to clean much more, we have not had to use less soap and all that other hoopla he stated, the water is still leaving hard water marks, and the use of less salt has not been true. Also the only thing that was stated to us was that we could return the product, there was no specified time, and that if we didn't want it delivered we had 72hrs to let them know (this was true).

A technician who did not even really know what he was doing because he was new (his words) came to the house and could not figure out what the problems were. I give him credit for trying to do this on the fly. I spoke to someone at the company before the tech came out and was told a manager would be returning my call, has not happened yet. The technician told me he would call me by Tuesday which was four days after his visit to let me know what to do, has not happened yet. I spoke to them today to speak to a manager and wouldn't you know they were out of the office again and would be calling me shortly once the message was relayed, still has not happened. The result of that has led me to come on here and commence on a campaign to notify those out there who are considering to go somewhere else and perhaps purchase something else.

I would recommend that if anyone has the opportunity to purchase anything from them to run to the hills or just shut the door in their face. I have not been satisfied at all with either their service or the equipment. I wish I would have taken the time to look on here prior to even letting the salesman in the house. Watch out for the slick talking of the snake oil salesman and the oil of this company.
