Water For Life USA owned by Alderin Ordell has been scamming innocent people were customers and now cannot get serviced by him or his company. After getting the run around from him for 8 weeks on trying to get service for my KYK Ionizer, as well as purchase replacement filters, I was fed up and knew something wasn't right. After doing a little research I discovered that Water For Life USA is NOT even an authorized dealer, but an EX-DEALER. This explains why he will not respond accordingly to calls, and when I ordered the original replacement filters for my Alkaline Ionizer I received a 3rd party generic filter that came from who knows where....that could void the warranty on my $2,000 investment Mr. Ordell!!! Is this how you gained your supposed BBB rating?
I have notified the Better Business Bureau, along with all documentation, replies and pictures of what you offered me and what I have now. Shame on you for taking advantage of people. We spend good money in hopes that we receive the product that we need and this is what you do?
Water For Life has misleading advertisements on Amazon, and if you look even today the product description does not even match the picture of what your selling. You sir are a crook, a fraud and I hope you feel good about what your doing. You aren't even authorized to sell KYK Ionizers, and Amazon will be notified shortly as well. I'm not one to ever complain, but this is an absolute scam.

This is Alderin Ordell, owner of Water for Life USA. We have no customers named Michael Johnson.
Secondly, all EOS and KYK water ionizer filters are outfitted with microchips that prevent generic filters from being used in our water ionizers. So, it is impossible Mr. Johnson received or used a generic filter.
Finally, all water ionizers sent to our repair department are fixed within a couple of days of us receiving them, unless we need to order parts, at which point the customer is notified when then will receive their water ionizer, not more than a couple weeks later.
There are no complaints filed against our company with the BBB in nearly 8 years of service. We always take care of our customers.
