8/30/2011: Purchased a $5 voucher on Savemore.com for a $10 certificate to be used on Waterbottle.bz.
9/1/2011: Applied the certificate to buy a waterbottle on Waterbottle.bz. Received an email confirmation - Your Order #100001053 (placed on September 1, 2011 1:04:19 PM CDT)
9/16/2011: Emailed to inquire order status. Got reply: order has not yet been shipped.
9/28/2011: Emailed to inquire order status. Got reply: order has not yet been shipped. Later in the day another reply: Order has been shipped, but no tracking available. Allow 10-14 days for shipping.
10/20/2011: Emailed to inquire order status. No reply.

Still haven't received the order. No reply to emails or phone calls. No response from either Waterbottle.bz or Savemore.com.
