went to waterstone financial in fort myers florida for retirement advise. spoke with james galleher. he advised us to put our money into an annunity with american equity investment life insurance company. everything he advised sounded great. don't do it both companies are a con. he stated that when me and my husband reached 62 years of age we would have over a $175,000 dollars in the annuity, and we could take it out we would also have an income for life. wrong. you cannot take the money out. the money has to sit for many years my husband cannot touch the money until he is at the age of 114 years. after being advised of this from a friend i check on line also with american equity that have many lawsuits against them for riping people off. please do not do business with either one of these companies.
