Ryan Watley/ Watlee Construction completely took my money and never performed work. His subs tried to file liens on my property because he never paid them. Contractor Ryan Watley has an extensive criminal record and has screwed people over from Texas all the way to Florida; Hence why his last name is "Watley" and his company name is "Watlee" Construction. A true scam artist. I have contacted the DBPR Construction Industry Licensing Board. Something has to be done about these thieves. I know multiple subs he has not paid either. They are all in contact with a local lawyer. I will post updates as I find them out. Stay safe out there. -Regards

While I can't refute any complaints you may have with Ryan and his company, I can only say I have used him many times and have been very satisfied. His last name is Watley, his wife's is Lee. Hence "Watlee Construction". Its as simple as that. Its so easy these days to post damaging things online that can't be removed once you've calmed down. Its a shame.
