        To anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. Stay away from Watson Chevrolet on Automall drive. I purchased a 2010 Malibu, November 12 2011. First issue was when all the paperwork was done, the computer system went down. They said we'll call you when they are back up so you can take custody of the car. I get the call to come back and the system is still down, after I was told it was up. Then I am informed that oops the computer is down again. REALLY!!!! So then they say we will bring it to your work first thing in the morning, no later than 9am. Car arrives at 100pm. But the fun doesn't stop there. A week later I get a call from the salesman II, who says I need the title for your trade in. I remind him that I already gave it to him. He states, "I remember you giving it to me but I can't find it. He lost my title. So I had to take time out of my day and get that bull s**t taken care of.
        The FOB doesnt work so yeah for me, I get no keyless entry. So the fob is supposed to be taken care of in "a couple of days." There is no owners manual.  So I go back to the dealership to get a new fob, none are available. They have to order a new fob along with ordering the owners manual. 
        Now we move into December, I still have no operational fob, no owners manual so I go to the dealership again. All I get is oh were sorry, we have to order the manual, we dont have any, they looked through the 2010 malibus on the lot and found none of them had owners manuals. Again, "were gonna order that for you today, you should have it in two weeks." So they then try to find a matching fob for the car. I spent 2 hours at the dealership. What did I get for those two hours? I had a sales man loose my spare key because he said that both keys need to be synced with the fob, that, oh yeah, Still didnt work.
Now we move into January, I still have no owners manual. My fob works, only because I had a friend work his magic to make it work. If I had to depend on Watson I still would no have it.
I then called this past Wednesday Jan 1/18/11 to find out where the hell  my owners manual is? Salesman I tells me, "I will have to touchbase with salesman II and see where we are at on that and have salesman II call you back today." I never hear from salesman II, Friday salesman I calls me and says that, "we looked high and low and we don't have an owners manual, but Im standing here with (person who order for parts department) and we are ordering the manual right now." Then he tells me, we'll give you a free fill-up on your next tank of gas. REALLY!!!!!! Unless you have time to and the desire to deal with preventable, unnecessary bullshit don't buy from Watson. You will most likely regret it.
