Watsons less than understanding damage to property St.charles Missouri

My Family and I decided to purchase a hot tub for personal use after shopping around a few stores we say Watson's had a sale and deceided to take a look.

There we found a hot tub that would be good for us asked the saleman about warranties and deliverys.In which he explained the warranty and explained the delivery.I told him that I was wanting to put this hottube on a screened in porch and that there was a wall about 3' high. He returned saying no problem and just to make sure he would come over to see this wall.

He came He saw He said no problem.The day of delivery my wife called me at work stating they broke the wall down.I came home to find 3 little delivery guys {not the big strong guys that could pick up a 1200lb. hot tub like the saleman said} my porch destroyed and my carpet ripped.
After contacting the manger 6 times I finally had most of my wall rebuilt { their expense} but now the hot tube doesn't work had a repair mad out he didn't know why it didn't work. So he replaced the switch, no that wasn't it, then the motor, nope not it either well after 3 trips and 4 different days He got it working.

THen last but not least the money for my carpet.Afetr numberoues phone calls 15 - 20 seriously I received a check that covered part of the carpet but the rest will come out of my pocket. What a rip-off

Watsons have fancy commericals with cheap prices on some quility things but after the sale holy shoot look out if you have any trouble your screwed.
