Wax Vac is a ripoff! They sent us four useless things (we only wanted one) charged us over $47 for the crap then they wouldn't issue the refund. Everyone says the same thing - they trick you into getting multiple units that don't work, then they are sketchy on the return policy ... shame on you wax vac !
