Wayne Dorsey used his sons fame as a known OleMiss football star to allure clients into a finance scheme.  He also used his mothers address at 604 N. Augusta Ave., Baltimore, Maryland as his business address for Lyon's Capital, LLC of which he signed a contract as it's President.  Not only is this LLC "forfitted" he also has many other forfitted companies with this same mother's address i.e. Ultimate Management Solutions Limited, Liberty Commercial Lending Inc., Dorsey Property's Inc., D&D Managment LLC.

Wayne Dorsey committed fraud, deceit, coversion and breach of contract to steal thousands of dollars and then went into hiding.  If anyone knows of his whereabouts please respond to this report so that no one else falls victim to this man.
