I was in a car accident April 2016. The other driver ran a red light and slammed into me as I was turning on a green arrow.  She admitted guilt to the police, I also had 4 witnesses that pulled over. I missed 6 weeks of work due to the spasms in my neck and lower back spasms and numbness. The attorney that was given to me was Mitch and he was an arrogant rude man. After 16 months I called Mitch to ask what is the status, I left him 5 messages and he had his co-worker call me. Long story short, after missing 6 weeks of work, over $6,000 lost wages they offer me $500 settlement. This has been a complete nightmare, dealing with a rude attorney and his co worker that i dont even think has a GED because he cannot even remember anything that we talked about. I really wish I would of found a honest attorney that really cared about the client and not trying to get over on them by lieing to them and ripping them off.
