I have just had a similar experience. As a matter of fact I was on the phone with an attorney from this law firm today (April 28, 2011). I called them after they contacted my wife as a representative of a company named Corelogic who claims to have paid our real estate tax for the year 2009 by mistake and want me to return the specified amount. Now that I have read your report, I am very much alarmed. Thanks for reporting this.
