First of all he job was not done in a timely manner, It was not done in the time frame they said it would, be they do not show up when they say they are going to and it was rare for them to work a full day. Second the insulation is not the correct thickness in allot of places, They missed several spots  you could still see daylight or the metal it was supposed to be spayed over and not as smooth as it should be. I feel like I got shorted on the amount of material i was supposed to receive. Third He said the foam will fill in any holes and stop any leaks plus I paid extra for him to put a coating on the roof to seal the outside and to be sure to stop any leaks and it still leaks. Fourth He installed the electrical, I specifically asked him if it needed to be in conduit he said no it is to code with just foam insulation over it. I was informed by the inspector that he does not have an electrical license anymore because he did not renew his bond and should not be installing electrical. He also informed me that the wiring he installed is not to code and must be redone in conduit.  He has been very hard to get a hold of since I  paid him in full and now I am not sure if he will resolve the issues. The issues are the foam should be to a minimum 2" on walls 3" on ceiling, it should not leak or see outside light, and the electrical should be to code. Last time he came by was 3 weeks ago and has had excuses ever since of why he can't make it. I just want to receive the service I paid for that's all.
