Wow, I could go on forever and forever about this company that claims they cdo windows, ovens, @no extra cost laundry as well!!! and that everything sparkles, I would like to know who their Public Relations person is, (Hey I have a bridge in San Francisco).

I have also rcvd adversisements in the mail (junk) many times and finally decided to call them. Price sounded good. 2 bdrm/2bath house $60 and they send 2 people (one usually no english & the other one very very little) and would be here 2 hours. The first visit was disc. $10. Well the first time they came out they were here about 1 hr 15 min. I could have done better than that myself in that time.I had to sign a piece of paper upfront stating that I can not hire them on the side (which I thought did not make sense), I called the co. & asked about that & they said it is their policy. I signed it etc.

When they were done I asked don't you do baseboards? they said no, I was advised that they do. so I called the co back and they confirmed that they do told them they said they do not. I had them do some more cleaning (since they did not even do any windows as they were suppose to) when finished they were streaked. My furniture after they polished it also had streak/film marks on them & had to go over it. Then 2 wks later they sent another crew here. They were here 1 hr 20 min (hey a little longer than the 1st crew). When finished I went thru the whole house & had them do things that they did not even do i.e. dusting top of tall chester drawers (one of the crew was not tall enough so she skipped it). dust/clean glass coffe table, (did not move most items, that the ad claims they clean, not around items, they are moved replaced etc NOT) baseboards (they were not happy with me and had a look on their face as well) and other things were still dirty and had them clean before I paid them.

I had to call the co again & advise them. Their dispatchers want to get the customer off the phone really fast & I said wait a min you are trying to get me off really quick & I am talking to you, they said yes they are that they have other calls. I said I am the customer for this moment & I should be getting the attention right now. I spoke to a represtative and told them I wanted someone else (wow another new crew that I have to explain what I want again). Next visit they were to be here 10-noon. It was 1145am I called and asked where is my crew coming, they said the crew could not come out, I said why didn't anyone call me? They said they could have someone here 130pm ***hmmm that is already later than they were suppose to be and we had plans so my day was screwed. He told me well they are only 1 1/2 hours later I said no if they were to stay 2 hours (LOL) that it would be longer than that.

Well they came and were here 1 1/2 hours (staying longer), but I had to go thru the house again & have them do things that were not done. Is this how they clean their own house? Everytime they only cleaned my patio window (the easiest one) and no other window (which supposedly they clean 3-4 at no extra cost). This last time (today June 8, 2007). They call me at 725am (we are still sleeping) and left a message that they could not be here at time schedule that it would be 2 hours later. I got up and called them and they were not even open. I left a message w/no return call. I called again 2 hours later and the dispatcher tried to get me off the phone quick & I demanded to talk to a representative (on hold for 10 min) when one came on. Told me the same thing 2 hours later. I said that is not acceptable we went back & forth for 5 min (my blood pressure going up) she said if we can get someone sooner we will call you, I said you will not call me I know that & if I did that in return you would tell me too bad you have to pay, well I wanted someone when they specified someone would be here (I am a ongoing customer so they know the time frame).

Finally after on hold again 10 min they found someone (how convenient they could find someone so quickly then). So they showed up even 30 min earlier. When they came in they said I pay upfront I said no I have not done that in the past except 1st time and I would pay when they finish. They called company which they called me back (this happened everytime for one reason or another) I spoke to a representative (whom I have spoken to before & had arguements with). Said that is their policy & I said I have never done that before (using them since March why I do not know!!) Said they would leave if I do not pay, I said I do not pay for service before receiving. If I had work done at the house I would not pay unless it was a construction & they asked for a deposit which is understandable & full payment when job is done. Well representative said the owner wanted to talk to me (Mike Shaw) he was very rude and unprofessional. He said he would listen to me that he was a good listener (NOT NOT NOT) he had a degree in ??? (who cares) he still demanded me to pay upfront or they would leave, I talked (within 5 words he interrupted me) (what happened to his good listening?) He said he could sue me for not paying I said I will pay them but at the end not beginning, we went back & forth for 15 min (meantime the crew is standing in my house not knowing what to do). He said he has been in the business 25 years (I do not know how possible with his attitude and NOT professional) kept saying about small claims court sue me does not want to lose me as a customer (well he did) that his rep would testify that I told him I knew about paying upfront (I said what are you a lawyer now) I never said that. I told him I would pay upfront then and I would never use them again. He kept on talking I said GOOD-BYE and I hung up. The crews cell phone rang immediately and told them to leave.

I was sooooo upset by that time, I told the crew that it is not them that it is the company. I have had problems with them everytime they would come out. They would call me and leave no message if no one answered (I have caller ID) and then deny it when I would call back. They are very very unprofessional and do not live up to their advertisements and very rude on the phone. I am in the hotel business and know about housekeeping. I would never never recommend them to anyone and I have & will continue to tell people about them. I could go on and on, but I am getting worked up just doing this.
