we have engines motortime Arley Leghorn paid for a rebuilt 3vze 3.0 long block installed but was given an engine with low cylinder compression , low oil pressure union city California

I paid We Have engines to install a brand new rebuilt 3vze engine , a new clutch , water pump , oil pump, and a new fan

clutch my 91 toyta one ton pick up.  Arley returned my truck telling me there is an electrical issue that renders the truck

non functional when it enters tha closed loop mode and it was not we have engines fault . The oil pressure was 12 psi.when

idleing , way below the 40 it was since 91. I told Arley .The fan clutch also did not operate.

Leghorn and he picked the truck back up and brought it to the mechanic in stockton, CA who instaslled the engine only to 

return my truck saying the mechanic named mike said the oil pressure was OK and charged me another 200. 

Not thinking Arley was sleazy  ripoff mechanic I believed him . I then spent another 600.00 with auto electrical proffesionals  

replacing every sensor giving information to ECU (ecm) with out fixing the loss of power . The check engine never came on.

It did come on when starting the truck and when each sensor was removed .

I then put the rear wheels off the ground and ran the engine to the speed of 75 mph , with no signs of any power loss .

The next thing I  preformed a compression test and low and behold there was only one cylinder was close to the 145 it 

should have been,the rest weree 100 or below . No wonder the truck had no power . 

Even though They gave me a three year warranty for any engine they install I still have to bring the truck to union city

for Arley to check out the problem . Why would I trust him a third time to take my truck . I told him to have the mechanic  

from Stockton come and do the compression test here at my expense , he said no . I asked him for all the money I paid

him including the money for all trhe suppossed new parts which I have zero clue they are what he said they are . If not

I can sue him for up to 10,000 in CA. small claims court . I will get a documented compression test from toyota along with

every email and receipt from we have engines . Receipts for all the unnecessary sensors i replaced and the final 

bogus shipping charge . I will not be scammed and do nothing
