W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. of Colorado Malice and general dishonesty Denver Colorado

This company's management continually uses malicious tactics to get what they want all while ruining the reputation of the people they call their assets, (employees).  Todd Guthrie continually steals proposals from other Denver area construction companies in order to "copy" what they do to gain advantage.  W.E. O'Neil Denver is an understaffed and struggling operation that does not have the capability to perform on very many contracts over 1 million: Meanwhile Todd Guthrie lies to people and companies (potential customers) telling them that W.E. O'Neil Denver is a 40 Million dollar division...which simply isn't the case.  Customers in Denver would want to use a construciton company that has actually proven themselves without deception year after year. Not W.E. O'Neil.

As the cherry on top of the sundae, a few years back Todd Guthrie went into a contract with HullTech Contstruction (see ripoff report for HullTech and Orr, friend of Todd Guthrie) - the principals of HullTech have a history of ripping people off) knowing that the company did not have the resources to responsibly cover their end of the contract.  This was a construction joint venture with a personal friend of Todd Guthrie and W.E. O'Neil subsequently ended up covering HullTech's payments to subcontractors that were defaulted on (that is weird).  This whole mess could have been avoided by simply not doing business with a companyw that rips people off....HullTech and Orr.  But because HullTech and Orr are friends with Todd Guthrie, the project went on.
