Below is my actual chatting with there customer service.   They sent $2500.00 initially after they said they would process the entire amount.   Today they told me that the balance is being held until 4-9 because my "industry " has a lot of charge backs.   I can't tell you how dissatisfied I am with this company.    I have complained to the BBB and will gladly repost if they resolve this problem by sending me the balance of funds so that I in turn can meet my obligations.

We were unable to withdraw the $5,342.00 to your bank account xxxxxen's Bank XXXXXXXXXX.

Since then I have received $2500.00 on 3-16.
