I found this person on the Internet. She "claimed" she could find us an apartment with bad credit. She promised she could find us an apartment. We were being thrown out of our apartment because we have a severally handicapped child and he made "too much noise". I gave this person $100 in good faith to find us an apartment. She guaranteed she could find us an apartment. She called me to meet her in Aliso Viejo to "see" an apartment.

I advised her I was 10 minutes away from the property and she didn't even wait for me to arrive to negotiate with her and the property manager to secure the apartment. To add insult to injury, she was was rude, and verbally abusive to me stating, "you need to keep your big mouth shut, you are screwing it up for both myself and other prospective clients with your big mouth". I then confronted her on her abusive behavior and know it all attitude. We came to an agreement, but never called me back, other than to take my $100.

 Hello, owner of We Rent For You Leasing Solutions aka We Rent For You Nationwide Cosigners, Multi-Family Cosigners, Trust Alliance Apartment Cosigners, Equity Risk Services, Commercial Services Corporation, and many different versions of these names. Everyone....this owner currently goes by Julia Daniels aka Randi Vaughn, Randi Vaughn Capetian, Randi Capetian, Dr Randi Vaughn, Wendy Miles, Randi Natashi, Randi Dorante, and Empress Havana. Please, Mitch, look her up on Facebook, Google+,Twitter, Pinterest. Do you recognize the African American woman with the long, teased hair, big red lips? Does anyone know who this is? She writes almost all rebuttals, texts, emails, bios, etc. I've read so much of her work now that I can catch all the patterns. Besides her spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalizaton, and sentence structure mistakes, she is very anti-gay, always lies and says her client picks a fight with the apartment staff, and always spells "woman ", "women."  What company gets online,and instead of addressing the issue.takes up space in the comment box about a client's sexual orientation. .and makes a spectical of it.If these people have valid complaints..maybe you should just investigate them..rebuke them if you must..but do it professionally...These people feel that they were done wrong.I was thinking using you service i have to think about a bit longer. Consumers will react in a way that isnt always right or fair by opinion. But as a service provider you must not react in the same way...Even when their not...the customer is always right

You have got to be kidding me. You actually have the balls to write this after over 2 years? Are you a joke. Your a joke, your entire companies a joke and all the cronies who are "defending you" are a joke. You know what, I got a judgement against WE RENT FOR YOU, NOT  RANDI NATASHI, YOU IDIOT! Now that you pissed me off, I am going back to court and subpoena you to court for my $100 back. Just to give you a little information, that you are obviously ignorant about, anyone who works for the company in her authority as you clearly state in your rebuttal and I quote, "And Randi is one of our operations manager that meet with every renter in our office.  She greets, collect documents, arrange for move in''s and collect fee's to be distributor to the two principals of our company. Not only does she work for the company, but she is a principal as well, meaning SHE IS RESPONSIBLE for the operation of the company which includes showing up to court instead of hiding with her little tail between her legs ducking and dodging her responsibilities. I am so glad you threatened to sue me, I would LOVE to see you in court so I can collect my $100 you deadbeats never paid me and the interest. You lose, pal, you make me sick, get a lawyer, I hope you do so I can make a giant fool out of you in court. I think you should have spoke to a lawyer before running your mouth off like the fool you are. Oh, by the way, the Real Estate Commission is looking for you scammers because you do NOT HAVE A LICENSE to practice in this state, we already checked this out years ago and people, these jokers are so responsible, do you know the judge even yelled at me telling me this is what happens when you give your money to con artists and thieves. Give me your fax number and you'll get a copy of the judgement.

To everyone that is writting about our Employee of We Rent For You Apartment Cosigning Services.  We are aware of your complaints.  Let me make it clear to ALL writting negative remarks about our company, you will be sued in the court of law.  Yes,  We are a small company with 6 employees,  And Randi is one of our operations manager that meet with every renter in our office.  She greets, collect documents, arrange for move in''s and collect fee's to be distributor to the two principals of our company.  And yes our company is regulated, and depending on situation, as executive of We Rent For You Apartment Cosigning Services, fee's can be non refundable.  If you have been approved to move into a community with our company. 

Randi, is very efficient and one of the best we have ever hired to run our company. And the remarks made are un justified. The two complaints listed they were evicted out of two apartments,  and tried to be friend Randi to sign another lease, when that didnt work, they begin writting negative remarks, which we will be filing court documents against.  We do not require a team of employees, our process is streamlined to service renters nationwide.  We have experienced many renters giving our company fraudulent work documents, among other things, as we can not service these types of renters.  Concerning Randi, not showing up in court?  You served the wrong party is why, she doesnt have to show up.

As the CEO, I have never received any court documents from any parties, concerning judgements!  So in essence, the complaints are misleading and fraudulent listed on this site.  As anyone can read,  the complainers have not exposed their legal names have they?  And that's because, these people writting the complaints are emotionally troubled indivisuals seeking to point there finger at someone due to their life failures.  

We are a nationwide cosigning company and sign 98% of all leeases  seeking co-signing services.  We are not in the market to take from financially challenged families.  Randi is a lovely women with a kind heart, and it bothers us to see, that these people have written these nasty remarks about her.   Which we are working to resolve, remove, and to restore our company reputation!    And will file suit on anyone that slander our company or her in any regard, as we are monitoring.  If any of these people had any grounds,  they would of revealed there full names.

the only reason you have anyone saying anything about randi , is only because randi is writing everything about the review for her company. and the ignorant fool has not sign 40 or more leases in a month she is the only one working this company. so when her company gets a review from ripoff report site, they notified her by email. and then she responds with her bull , adding other people names like they work for her office

she is the only one in the office go  to 8105 irvine center dr suite 900 and ask for her watch what comes out. beleive me she will be late and you want be able to get a word in

this lady is a joke she took my money  for an  apartment  i did get to move in, then told me their was no refund

if you think all these compliants are lies call the Arnell properties management and they will tell you

that randi or RDI,or    the housing  company can no longer sign there and it is not because of an eviction

they found out about her scam. Madison apartments in Anaheim   she cant sign there even tough she will try to use another corportation to move people in , but they are aware of her scams and all the others will soon

and don't forget her taking advantage of innocent people facing eviction that she takes advantage of. Another thing I find quite humourous is that when I initially filed this complaint on Ripoff Report all of her so called "friends" came out of the woodwork and falsely defended her. Now that this complaint is somewhat old, the truth is coming out about her. She belongs in jail with the rest of the criminals.

dont return calls, always bragging about an attorney, if this attorney was really real dont you think if his company was being sued he would show up in court.

This client who claim she was ripped off by our company, her name is "Christina Crowley"  she was referred to our company by an apartment community.  Who did not want to rent to her, because she could not verify her income but claimed she had $50,000 in the bank.  Turn out it was her mother's bank account.   Yes, Christina, did pay a fee to us to secure an appartment.  However, once we got the lease approved for her move in- she disappeared for 60 days, without contacting our company, concerning her move in.  Our staff left numerous emails and phone calls and Christina never returned our calls.  Finally she phoned us back 60 days later, stating she wanted to live near her boyfriend, located in Washington DC.  We phoned the apartment community, prepared for her move in, and Christina never phoned back to confirm her relocation from California.  Per our contractual agreement for co-signing services,  once we contact any community on behalf of the tenant, and get the lease approved for a tenant move in-  The tenant has 10 days to move into the apartment, and if a tenant does not move into the apartment community, at that time the co-signing fee becomes non refundable!  Please visit our website for more information www.werentforyou.org  so in essence Christina was not ripped off,  she seemd to take her personal relationship between herself and her boyfriend out on our firm, which we have nothing to do with.

Oh, one other thing, when I sued her and brought her to court, she had her chance to speak her side of the story, she never showed up to court and I received a judgement by default. By California law, if a rental service doesn't provide you a rental within a reasonable period of time, they are required to refund the client the fee they paid, its not my opinion, its the LAW. She also BY LAW is required to have a license which again she does not have. She THINKS she has the proper license, but she does not, as I spoke to the real estate department in Sacramento and they advised me she does not have one. She did not follow the LAW and for that and that alone, I feel I have won my case against her. No offense, but I really don't know nor care about all these other people that were so "happy" with her, I wasn't and that in my opinion is all I care about. I haven't gotten around to it yet, but I will get my money back from her. I had my doubts about her in the beginning, but they were confirmed when she didn't show up to show me the apartment. She also has a little smart mouth which she isn't afraid to use. I think she is ignorant to the way I wanted to proceed with the rental.  I already had a problem with her, but nonetheless made up with her and she screwed me again! I wasn't like most of the "normal" rentals she rented to before that she was just not knowledgeable to and I think before your comments that all the other smart mouthed, belittling and ignorant replies from people who knew nothing about my situation started spouting verbal diarrhea they have no idea what they are talking about and had read my comments and had checked the facts before letting their fingers do the talking would they have known that this was a special case. Regardless, I will NEVER EVER use another service like hers, there are a lot of scams out there that can get someone financially in trouble if not careful. Thank GOD everyone isn't like her. I'm trying to put this all behind me this nightmare. I had 3 days to vacate my apartment, she screwed up and me at the same time, that's the end of this nightmare. I hope I never hear her name again except in court!

i am sitting here reading all this and i just cant believe it.. i dont know what happened in your case however i will say that Randi is one of the best things that has happened to my family.. without her i dont know where i would be.. she got me in a place and i have been here almost a year.. i was nervous at first but i put all my faith in her and it paid out.. and i live in huntington beach so i doont know how she did it and i dont really care but she is my life saver..

Thirdly, learn to spell,my name before you start spewing bullshit all over the internet about me. 4th, why was she plowing you in your apartment when she was suppose to be working. I guess you monkeys can't get enough sex, isn't that right. 5th When your on a fixed income and someone steals your money to go party, what's the matter, no one had the balls to go after her before?. Open your eyes, HELLO, everyones out of a job, what sewer drain do you live under, and if you are lucky enough to have a good job, every penny's STILL hard to come by, unless of course your a criminal, and of course you wouldn't be that, what do you mean, Mr. President?? DUDE I was being service by We Rent For You, the same day that you were speaking to Randi, which is a very nice person and a true professional!  We were in our apartment the same day!  She co-signed for our lease and handed us the keys.  YOu are just a Dead Beat PERIOD! and a complainer.....that's why you're probably a homosexual!  Because you dont have any balls to me a man.  Who goes to a small claims court and pay $50.00 to file just to recieve $100 back from a non refundable back ground check!  NO ONE BUT a Moron like YOU!   Get a life, why dont you.  I know plenty of homosexuals that are self sufficient and nice guys but I do not know what breed your from!   James- Tenant of We Rent For You

Bravo, Bravo, author, author. Your a real piece of work, dear girl!
Mrs. Randi Natashi (or whatever her fake name she goes by is, as long as we're name calling) never showed up at the apartment complex to show us anything and chickened out prior to us even arriving at the apartment complex as I have already stated. In addition, after I had advised her that I had a radio station online, she started ranting about trying to get "free advertising" on my station, then she started running her mouth about her being from Compton and use to live the "gang life". She then starting spewing some verbal diaherra about "getting over" on the system by trying to "screw companies" she rang up multiple debts with and some nonsense about having items removed from her credit report and that it was illegal for the credit bureau to carry debts on her credit report without the credit bureaus having adequate proof. What she failed to realize is that ALL credit bureaus verify the validatiy of the debt with the creditor and that even if the item is disputed will remain on your report once it is verified by the creditor. Additionally, I sued this person in Orange County small claims court, won the judgement against her for $100, because she never showed up to court, so this loud mouthed coward never showed up to court. If she is so adamant about her "innoncence" why didn't she show up to court and prove it? Additionally, her bogus company was rated F with the Better Business Bureau and stated companies like hers are scams (just look up her name with the BBB) her claims are totally bogus. She doesn't guarantee anything anyway. She uses another company to guarantee the security deposit anyway as clearly stated on her website. 
When we arrived at the apartment complex, she was gone, no where to be found despite repeated calls to her that she didn't even give us enough time to arrive at the complex. She is a liar, we never cursed at anyone other than herself for obvious reasons since she left before we even had a chance to secure the apartment. Additionally, she was repeatedily told that we had worked with the Federation on numerous occasions and told her the procedure that the Federation required in order to secure the apartment, which we previously and successfully have done to which she replied, "well no one has ever done anything like this before". This lady is currently being investigated by the Department of Real Estate for fraud as she doesn't have any license to practice real estate in this county as per the Department of Real Estate. Quite honestly, I can't believe she even had the nerve to challenge this complaint at all. Such a big mouth on the internet, but never showed up to court, you be the judge. Oh, and I WILL get my money back you ripped off of me and my family, lady, you can't steal money from a handicapped peoples money like that and get away with it!

  Mr. Mitchell Rakoff and Transsexual Lover came to our office seeking a place to live; they were very obnoxious and abrasive and a nuisance, both concerns was that people in Orange County discriminated against them because of sexual preferences and gender.  We assured Mr. Rakoff that we lease to every walks of life and do not discrimaite against, race, religion, handicap or gender. 
However Mr. Rakoff and Lover continued with their outside complaints how people continue to discriminate against the lover change of sex.  Both men seem to be proud of the fact they were a contestant of the Jerry Springer show to do the fact the Ex Lover, prior to sex change, he was a man that got a women pregnant, after changed his sex to a women and now all 4 live in the same household.  We assured once again to Mr. Rakoff that we do not discriminate regardless of sexual gender.  However our leasing consultant, explained to Mr., Rakoff, that he must pay a process fee to run a background check.  Mr. Rakoff paid the fee but also mentioned they did not have all the funds to move in the apartment, and stated that the Jewish Federation agreed to pay his moving cost.  We met Mr. Rakoff and family to the apartment complex for viewing and co-signing however Mr. Rakoff still did not have the funds to occupy the apartment.   Mr. Rakoff and Lover begin cursing at the Leasing consultant at the Apartment Complex due the fact they could not afford to live at the apartment complex and did not have the funds at the given time to occupy the apartment.  Our leasing professional, explained to Mr. Rakoff, once they obtain the funds to occupy the apartment, to notify us and we would be more than happy to assist them.  We never heard back from either one of them until we received this fraudulent complaint notice.

Of course my son is severally handicapped. Why would I lie about that? I don't appreciate you insinuating that I am lying, If that is true, and you can prove the noise is because of a handicap, you cant be evicted. 

Of course, if your child is really  "severally handicapped " you already know the ADA laws. 

Maybe other people lie and scheme on here, but I am real, I have no reason to lie, but then again you don't know me and I don't know you.

I am well aware that what the landlord did was totally illegal. The problem was the landlord only gave us less than 2 weeks to move and get an apartment, in addition, the landlord offered us $1,000 to move (you KNOW they are doing something wrong just to give us that incentive to move out) and she already had filed eviction papers on us. She agreed to dismiss the unlawful detainer if we moved out within that 2 week period. Unfortunately if you go to housing court, you may or may not win, and I was afraid of having that eviction on my permanent record as I spoke to a real estate lawyer and he had advised me that if I settle the case within 30 days it won't show up on my permanent record, or even if it does stay on my record the case was dismissed and I would have a better chance of getting another apartment if it shows dismissed. They forced us out and even when we lived there, the police were called on several occasions because of the child "screaming", the people there were VERY IGNORANT!

If that is true, and you can prove the noise is because of a handicap, you cant be evicted.

Of course, if your child is really  "severally handicapped " you already know the ADA laws.
