Back in September 2009 I had what I thought it was a pleasant conversation full of commitments from Higher Impact Inc. to make a very successful and lucrative advertising campaign to promote the deluxe website package that I acquired from Higher Impact consisting of four sections: Mortgage / Supplemental Health Program / E-Books / Referrals. The original advertising campaign cost was of $15K for 75K granted clicks to my site; with an average of $7.5K / month income. The advertising campaign was related to a banner system displayed via the internet. This banner was designed to randomly provide granted website visitors to those customers who had purchased a website advertising campaign. I was even offered a discount of 24% if I offered to tape in two languages a successful story. I had a immediate bad feeling about this relationship and requested and faxed to Ms. Veronica Reagan, Senior Officer Manager my cancellation petition. Petition was denied, even while petition was faxed within my three legal days to cancel; arguing that my advertising campaign has already being kicked-off and had already started. Ms. Reagan promised that everything would be in place and that there were no reasons for me to be worried. Ms. Reagan re-iterated that Higher Impact wanted to satisfy me in every way.

As weeks started to pass by; I got concerned. No progress of any kind could be perceived by me. I personally requested Veronica Reagan for a (1) reaction plan (2) weekly update meetings (3) disclose of the banner advertising capacity (how many of us customers are hooked to this banner system?) (4) disclosure of the banner website address (5) Traffic analysis of this banner website (6) Proof of my website submission to search engines. (7) disclosure of those search engines (8) IP addresses of people viewing my site; as I feared for someone in the background just opening and closing my site without any trace evidence to verify from.

As expected, NONE of this deliverables were provided. My multiple written and verbal requests were continuously ignored. E-mails from Ms. Reagan continued to indicate the willing of Higher Impact "to work with me" Facts proved they were not willing to "work with me" nor "keep my satisfied"

I ran a google traffic analysis in October, November & December and report indicates ZERO hits. By Higher Impact allowing time to miserably go by "in a already launched campaign" I came to the understanding of being ripped off. I paid premium price for a high volume advertising results with ZERO income results for me as well.

Multiple times I have requested my full capital refund without results. I do know that I will now catch the attention from Higher Impact as I go public with my rip-off report. If you are seriously thinking on using Higher Impact Marketing & Advertising services; Please, think twice.
