Suggestion

Hi Brian,

Firstly let me tell you to never trust porn sites with your credit card information there is a reason they are asking for it and usually even if these companies will charge you some fee.  I learned the hard way unfortunately, my suggestion is to take it to the credit card company. Also I messaged the screenname you had mentioned in the previous message that is a bot usually these are machines that try to lure the victim into webcamming sites or porn.  I would message her again under a different screen name try to get her to say the same stuff and than screenshot the convo. Most likely if it is a bot she will say that "its free" again. FYI there is no such thing as a free trial on cam sites, it only goes by credits or "pay per minute" so even if it were free you are going to be charged for the private session. As I was looking at your charges the 44.49 charge had to be intiated by you and there is more than you are trying to say here.

The free trial meant it was "free to view the free chats", but you had to pay for the pvt sessions.  They present you with a popup box stating that "these are the charges". Anyway if it is a legit business and they are going to refund your money usually it takes few days for it to process. It will state the amount you were charged on the bill and should say "credited".

Hope this helps
