I would like to submit my report against www.web.com. They charged my credit card with $14.95 on February 05, 2015 without my knowlege and consent.
I never used www.web.com services for domain name registratoin or web hosting in my enture life. However out of the blue they charged my credit card with $14.95 and transaction narration is saying that it was charged by www.web.com DIY.
I tried to contact www.web.com by email but there is no email address provided on their website only phone number is there. As I am outsite of USA I cannot afford to call them.
In today's infommation technology age such kind of act is very cheap and in long run gives to no benefit to compnay.
If any of the representative of www.web.com read, please contact me by email and I will send my credit card statement otherwise I am going to launch fradulent web transaction complaint.
While browsing about www.web.com I came to know that this compnay is habitual of using with authorization credit cards. So please be careful.
