After purchasing a $ .99 logo, I was "opted-in" for a $9.95/month website.  Since I am very careful about checking for "sneaky" opt-ins, this company's opt-in process is obviously extremely subtle, to the point of being "hidden."  The service rep told me on the phone that a redund would be issued, but the claim was subsequently denied.
