The websites to which this customer refers are clearly marked if he takes the time to read the terms and conditions before signing up. Signing up for a free membership included unlimited viewing of picture galleries, however, any viewing of videos constitutes and upgrade to a full access monthly membership. (See item #5 in terms and conditions) The problem is that too many people are in a hurry to view the adult content and don't read the terms and conditions. Please pay attention to all terms and conditions when using your credit card on the web and you will not be "surprised" as this gentleman appears to have been.
