I feel the need to inform the world about this company called Webily, and its owner Stanil Dobrev and Nick Anderson his support manager. I became a member of TE Browser in its early days, my member number is 3464. I don’t know how many have joined since then. When they released V2.0 Stanil sent me this email.

Hello Bruce,

Today I launch the new version (2.0) of TEBrowser officially.
With the new version I have also changed the site design and I will add some new promotional materials soon.

There are some changes that are important to know.
From now on there is no more free version of the browser.
Those who join from now on will be able to use the browser free for 14 days and should upgrade after that if they want to continue using it. If they do not upgrade they can still use the site as an affiliate.
Note that this doesn't affect the current members (including you).
If you're already using the browser the agreement between us stays the same.
You can still use it for free and you keep the same features as they were so far.

Other changes (note again that they affect only the new members) include:
- commission for silver members is 10% (it was 20%);
- the normal upgrade price for silver members is $14.95 (it was $9.95);
- for free members the sites supported in the Referral Builder are 15 now (upgraded members keep 50% for silver and 100% for gold of the TE sites); These numbers concerns only the Referral Builder. All the members still can surf all the supported TEs in TEBrowser.

If you're not aware yet the new version of the browser is more flexible in terms of updates and I will start adding more TE sites in the next months heading up to support 200 TEs.
Another great new function is the reporting tool - it gives you information for the credits, referrals and commissions across all the TE sites.

The old versions (1.0 and 1.1) are not available for download anymore and they will not be supported.
One year pass (we launched on March 12, 2010) from the launch of the browser and the development of the first version so it was pretty outdated and was not working properly.

If you're using old version of TEBrowser please upgrade to the latest one (2.0 build 101).

Now I have contacted them many times requesting access to the TE Browser and this is the response I received from the support mgr.

So this is how they do business with their customers. There still are no video guides. And many other features are still missing. I have sent in at least four support tickets and they will not respond to them.
