I have payed for 2 softwares and custom work, which included Video rolick upload function and UK Poste codes Database integration into both softwares. Five months has gone since first promise to complete custom work in time and Video upload function has been done through dozens of my calls and UK Postal codes has never been done.
I left voice messeges, sent many letters and what i have got is only promises.
It needs to phone for weeks To get in touch with person responsible for custom work. When finaly he has vanished. This company have not got any real managers, supervisors - all of them unavailable. No money back, no refund.
This company is not serious at all. Don't waste your money - that is only one advise i can give.
