I paid $99.00 for their Ultimate Scrapper Pro 2.0 software and it did not work on the Craigslist category that I was bought it for. I tried many different times and it never worked. I contacted their support and they said the will fix it for me within a day. The next day I contacted them and they said to give them one more day. The next day, I had to contact them again via chat on their website and they said one more day. On the 3rd day their chat feature on their website has been disabled for weeks now. I asked Paypal to get me a refund but "Website Leads 4 Sale" probably gave Paypal some bogus excuse on what happened and Paypal took their side.
Bottom line, do NOT TRUST this company and don't buy from them. They ignored all my emails and request to either fix my software or give me a refund. These guys are scammers!
