Classic Media DVD advertised the Law & Order Complete DVD Collection, which I ordered and paid shipping to have sent to my home.

INSTEAD, I received the Law & Order Special Victims Unit Collection -half the size, half the price, and NOT what I ordered. 

When I emailed the company to expain that I received the wrong product they informed me that the Law & Order Complete Set was no longer available and the Special Victims was all they had in stock. 

They NEVER emailed to inform me that the PRODUCT I ORDERED WAS NOT Available, they just sent something else.  They offered me a partial refund to make up for the over charge of the product they sent. 

I did not want a partial refund, I wanted a complete refund however they wanted the L&O SVU returned to them on my dime.  It has cost me $30.00 to do business with a company who did not fullfull their obligation. 

I asked them to refund my shipping charges as this was their error - they refused stating that they already paid the courier company and could not therefore take responsibility for this error. 

I emailed asking to speak to a supervisor, however the same individual responded asking that I kindly understand that they cannot reimburse me for the shipping of this product either way. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!
