This person Larry did indeed purchase 2 autosurf scripts from us.

What he is failing to mention is that he took several days to get back to us after I emailed him with the request for access to his server so that I could personally assist. This took over 3 days and I recieved several nasty emails stating that I had failed to communicate with him. After that he still did not send me the correct information to gain access to his server. So 99% of the delay was caused by him not answering emails in a timely manner. We have answered every email even on Sundays within a 24 hour period of time.


Here is a copy of the email we sent to him after he said that the script doesn't work and that we showed him that we just installed the script that he claimed didn't work in under 15 minutes...:

I should also mention that he never purchased script installation which we normally charge for and we offered him free installation assistance even after a few of the negative emails. That didn't seem to help kept coming and threats of him posting up what bad service we offered.

We have several companies and clients using the same exact script with no issues at all.

After spending 3 hours+ I realized that he had not followed the read me files where I responded again as I can not assist people that clearly do not read the instructions that are provided:

Okay I see where you are having problems and you did something that
will cause you to have issues:

1. The biggest thing is you can not install this in a subdirectory as
it states in the read_me file it must be at the root of the site for
the script to work. This is clearly stated as you can see below. This
is the main reason why you are not getting the script to function.

2. Permission levels need to be set to 666 for all files and folders

As I mentioned to you I can not offer you a refund.

I have spent well over 3 hours assisting you with the installation on your
server at no charge.

The script does work pefectly if you follow the instructions which were
provided at the point of sale and also have shown you. You failed to follow the
readme instructions when installing the script which is what led to these
issues.

I apologize for your 'Major hastle' but you have done nothing but make
negative remarks since you made this purchase If I was to leave feedback for you
I would tell any seller to avoid you at all costs due to your negative attitude
and unwillingness to follow instructions.

In 48 hours I have not been able to access your ftp account. I have and am trying to do everything in my power to assist you. Again I must mention that you have not paid me for installation but I continue to go out of my way to get this script working on your web hosting. Not many webhosts make people select which port they use for mysql so their webhosting service is unique in that respect.


I have just install the same script I sent you here: http://peakwebtraffic.com/ so again the script does work..

If you need me to assist which apparently you do I need your FTP access for the domain that you need the help with.


But I cannot give you a refund due to you not being able to get the script to function on a server that has a unique setup.

I am trying to do whatever it takes to make you happy but giving me deadlines and ultimatums isn't encouraging.

So as you can see we have made several efforts to assist this irate individual with getting the script installed on his personal webhosting platform. We spent a considerable amount of time and effort which far exceeds the cost of a $20.00 script that he is gripping over. If we really wanted to scam or steal from people would we really go this far out of our way to help?

Larry, I am sorry that you can not read instructions and that you feel that you need to bad mouth a company for your shortcomings...
