WebVitamins Fraudulent subscription not authorized Windsor Connecticut

I ordered 9 bottles of a supplement 2 months ago and received the shipment.  Yesterday, I received an email stating another order had been shipped.  When I contacted customer service to tell them I DID NOT place another order, they said I must have accidentally clicked on subscription and that they would not be able to refund the shipping if I sent it back.  The first order was mailed using the cheapest form of shipping but they chose first class shipping for this fraudulent auto order.  I googled one other company who did this to me and found plenty of online reports that the same thing had been done to them.  The only way to stop this is to put the companies name on the web as fraudulent.  A customer has no recourse when they have your credit card number.
