I'm a property manager who found out about Wecosign and thought I'd give them a shot at helping me with some of my poor credit applicants. As it's turned out, when 2 of the 3 tenants defaulted on their rent, the owner of Wecosign Frank Jakubaitis attempted to defend the tenants actions and continually delayed meeting their obligation to pay the rent on behalf of the tenants.

This company over-promises and never performs. From looking at some of the other postings, it appears that we're not the first property managers to be burned by Wecosign. We now realize that the FICO score is used by the entire financial industry for
a very good reason and it can be trusted to predict the likelihood of default--Wecosign can't.  Don't let these so-called "cosigners" BS you and cost you a lot of money and cause you a lot of grief! They're just another scam. Stick to the time-tested and proven system that works!

Nameless Property Manager

AUTHOR: Records - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, October 05, 2012

The property managers who are given the daily responsibility of managing the apartments for the building owners, across the country, are professionals who would not reduce their standard of conduct to that of a nameless un-verified posting. Wecosign always invites any property manager with any concern about any resident to address our staff. As a cosigner we naturally attempt to mitigate any rent defaults first, and when all else fails the eviction process moves forward. The property is aware of the loss mitigation process and everything proceeds smoothly.

Wecosign has cosigned for a multitude of individuals with poor FICO scores with successful results. At the end of a lease period the cosigner requirement is oftentimes dropped and the resident is able to qualify and move forward on their own. Many people in apartments with good credit default on their leases for one reason or another, and down the road they end up needing a cosigner. We hear their circumstances every day, some of which can bring tears to your eyes.

Wecosign provides a valuable service to those who need a cosigner and to the property managers looking to decrease their vacancies.
