Dear Carlos Padilla III
 
I wanted to take a moment and thank you in a public forum for what you have done for me as an investor. I was also a former employee of WECOSIGN and shareholder.  With a few disgruntled former employee friends, along with your ability to spin stories you have managed to take a stable company, and reduce it to a public spectacle (somewhat of a reality show) by defaming the company, not to mention the Jakubaitis family.
 
You have graciously managed to print or cause to print the entire 20 year history of the Jakubaitis family including their social security numbers and their personal judgments, as if somehow this information supports your position that the Jakubaitis family ripped off over 2 Million Dollars from investors. You have also managed to solicit a few of your friends in this effort,(that are really non entities) as they do not to this day have jobs since being fired by WECOSIGN and or any life support whatsoever, according to my findings. Leger is married to Sandy Kikerpill of Cresa from Newport Beach  I guess  he does not work. Baby sits his counter top conciieivied cigar store kid and  spends most of his day trying to dig a deeper hole for Jakubaitis. This being the case , I could go on to publish the bankruptcy files of your personal friends helping you with this, and the scam they are running posing as doctors to illicit monthly recurring revenue as he did in Newport Beach from the old and unsuspecting, but what does this matter.
 
I just wanted to thank you personally for taking my investment, of $ 20, 000.00 and running it right into the ground by publishing your latest nonsense. If you and Jakubaitis had differences then you should have been men and settled them in a ring, aside from WECOSIGN, or my investment 

The true facts are you have no proof of anything. You and your few friends are just a garbage disposal of stories. Forme disgruntled employees with no life. Ive watched this matter unfold and watched you as an employee while at WECOSIGN. You were a marginal employee in my opinion that left everyday  for two to three hours, and I still dont know where you went. You never accomplished what Jakubaitis asked for, I guess he got tired of your nonsense

After you were fired the phony John Justice letters began to be sent to all of us as investors. A real smart move. You know I dont care what anyone says, what you are forgetting is that the Jakubaitis family created WECOSIGN, and owns the majority of the stock. This has been public since day one from day one.  But for him you would not have a WECOSIGN. You and your friends now have managed to ruin a Brilliant  Companies Reputation  Oh by the way I think its important to mention  to the good folks about your subsequent involvement and conversations with a guy that needs no Internet introduction Milton C Ault. The recent post makes note that the writer will contact every property manager across the US there is, to tell them that Jakubaitis family are  crooks because they have tax liens and a jewlery bill from 1900 somewhere and that makes them crooks. Did they call you sunny in high school ?,   
 
In closing the public should know Your Brother, Jeff Padilla is and has been WECOSIGN CFO since its inception, so Im not certain how the Jakubaitis family can steal 2 Million Dollars from investors without Jeffs cooperation. However, in reviewing the letters and having my attorney do so, the real claim is now against you and your three friends for putting forth these false allegations concerning WECOSIGN on the public forum and intentionally interfering with my prospective economic gain as a shareholder. You are a mental giant Padilla and your friends are really emotional ... They should call u Carlooser Padilla
