CRIMINAL CHARGES were officially filed by the CA District Attorney's Office for the owner/monitor of WEE CARE 4 U AGENCY, JULIE SCHAEL, for refusing to report photographed & documented child abuse on a 2 year old.
Court transcripts will also prove she has committed perjury, falsified monitor reports, and violated the CA Standard 5.20 Rules for Supervised Visitation.
This is a small house that is overbooked & understaffed, with stained carpets and torn couches. Audio & photos will prove the monitors are completely unprofessional, not properly trained, and completely biased.
