Wegmans King of Prussia, PA Poor Qualify Food Bar and Negligent Customer Service King of Prussia Pennsylvania

I was a regular for lunch at Wegmans King of Prussia, PA until 2 incidents were poorly handled, not to mention ignored.

Earlier in the summer I had food poisning as a result of eating some mussels at their "Asian Food" bar.  I didn't make a big deal out of it as I realize this could happen almost anywhere with seafood.  It was an awful experience though.  Shortly thereafter, upon eating a salad from thier salad bar, I encountered hard shells from the "organic pumpkin seeds" in my mouth.  I was happy I didn't break a tooth.  I thought I did.  The shell were throughout the salad.  I reported this to the in store Customer Service and the response I got was "No Problem".  As though I was in thieir way advising them of what happened.  I also reported the incident online and had no resposne.  I put a report in their "feedback box" with no reply either.

I really don't take pride or joy in reporting negative feedback for Any service.  But I thought this should be shared.  Both incidents could have been forgiven and forgotten had the Customer Service at least pretended to care.
