Weight Watchers International Weight Watchers I signed up on line for the one month application to track food, weight loss, menus, etc. The price was 19.99 a month. I found it too difficult to navigate as well as not all the info was there. It was too time consuming. It's easier to keep my own food diary. I thought using the computer would be faster New York New York

I have been  a lifetime weight watcher member. I just wanted to go back and get started again, and they have everything online now, and I thought it would be easy to track, weigh, get reciepes, etc. The meetings are tedious and I thought it would be easy to just get the info and do it on my own. My 80 year old mom who is really sharp- signed up too. Last year, (I digress) she had signed up and then had a brain bleed and heart problems. I can7 dcelled her online subscription during that time - one month was used, 2 were not, and weight watchers was not a priority of course.) I explained the situation, I cancelled her membership-they would not refund her money at all. 

This year, she's feeling better, and wanted to do this again, so, I signed her up with myself and after 7 days of using this app, we said, forget it. It is too confusing, too time consuming, and frustrating to use. So, I cancelled right away. I got an email saying I would not be refunded, my 19.99, but they offered another free month to us, if we wanted.  Being frustrated, and angry, I wrote back asking them how they slept at night, and my mom, being a member since the 1970s... etc etc,, how could they!  Got the canned response, its the terms of the contract, etc. Ok,I get it, but it's still a ripoff. The human factor is missing and they are clearly in it for the money. We did not go in for the monthly pass, as they would take the money out of your account 2 weeks before it was due. 

So, the saying goes, screw me once, shame on me, or something like that. My fault, went back, expecting a different outcome, got the same one. Yes, it's insanity.  My report is written to warn other people and to let them know, in my opinion, WW is just all about the money now. They clearly do not care about the human factor at all.
