Tea Life CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD FOR PRODUCTS NOT ORDERED Internet

I found a debit while on line banking. I called my banking institution to find out what this charge is. The bank reserached and called me back to say this was for products (green tea) ordered with my debit card. I have NOT used my debit card to order anything. They reserached the telephone number attached to the trace #. The listing came back as an "800" number. The bank did a reverse look up on the phone number and found the two email addresses I am reporting.

Unfortunately, I am a single mother. The monies deducted from my account
are detrimental to me & my family.
I called the toll free number twice now. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes each call and still no one to speak with.

The sad part is the bank will not put the money back into my account just by my word.

Whoever this company is must be punished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a huge strain on a normal working family.

I hope that the Better Business Bureau will put a stop to this ridiculous mess.
