I ordered Celebrity Sexy Lips Lip Plumper 4/4/09 with rebate promised within 2 - 3 weeks of qualifying for rebate. I qualified for $50 rebate 4/25/09 as confirmed by Customer Support.
Processing time for rebate was reported to be 4-6 weeks on 5/20/09 by Customer Service. The delay was reported to be the result of heavy volume of requests.
Customer Service promised to expedite rebate on 7/7/09 with customer receiving check within 1 week.
Customer Service Supervisor promised to try again to expedite rebate on 7/28/09 but warned that processing time would be several weeks. Customer Service Supervisor could not offer me any other means of recourse.

Please call me at 1-866-956-2710 so I can fix this for you. My name is Charity, and my hours are 10am-6pm Central Standard Time. WellnessWatchersMD sent out over $1 million in rebate checks so far this year. That's over 20,000 checks. There were definitely some mistakes, and we're trying to find everybody now.
