The customer service employee's are very rude. I call a week after giving them access to my account for payment wich was due on 02/15/06. I call and gave well fargo my account number and routing number on 02/16/06 in good faith so I wouldn't have to pay a late fee. UW credit Union never received any letter nor check.

I call one of the customer service workers a week after payment. I told her the money was still in the account, I ask what was going on she said she didn't know. She explain to me they wright a check and mail it to your bank. They did'nt receive any notice at the time. she suggested that I go to my bank to seek if they receive anything. I did that and they didn't receive any check nor letter from the company. I felt that maybe it's still in transaction.

I check my account today, the money was still in the account. I call again another worker answered and told me I was in delinqent. I exsplain to her the details she told me that I would have to go to bank and have them wright a letter stateing they didn't receive it. I said to her would'nt you know?

I suggested that maybe I should just mail it with a letter from the bank. she said in a rude way no! I have to get a letter from the bank then fax it. She never gave me the fax number. also she told me I couldn't mail it. I would have to go through the western union to make payment didn't offer information on it. also she told me, I need to find out can I do payment through checking. I told her I could and it was just this atitude in her voice as if I owed the money to her.

I've never experience this type of customer service. With this huge loan I accumilated. I wish I've never dealt with this company. It's hard to even contact these people. If you want to talk to a worker it's impossible. I didn't have this problems with my other loan company. Customer service is suppost to service the customer not make them feel unconfortable. If they can't handle the problem, I should have been refer to a finacial specialist. Also I feel like when You haven't receive any payment the customer should receive a phone call or a letter.

I didn't receive any of that. account number and routing number was right and if they had a problem, I should have been notifyed. Not even the bank was notifyed.
