I received an Auto Loan through Wells Fargo, signed the agreement and thought I was good to go. Made my first payment which was cashed by Wells Fargo. Then received notification from Wells Fargo that they denied the loan and were offering a "counter offer" of conditions. Nothing in the original loan paperwork says it is still being processed yet they want to change the terms of my loan. Is this legal? I am currently working with the dealership and other agencies to get this worked out. Does anyone have any advice?
