Wells Fargo Bank - Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Wells Fargo has been giving us the run around for 2 years.... Internet, Nationwide

We filed for Chp 13 in 2004 in order to save our house which was mortgaged by Washington Mutual. We accrued hefty medical bills due to recurrent miscarriages and got behind on house payments forcing us into Chapter 13, where we pay ALL debt back. In 2007, we converted to Chpt 7 after "catching up" all of our late payments with Washington Mutual through Chpt 13. During the conversion, Wells Fargo bought our mortgage. This is when the hell began.....

Our payments were current and caught up under our bankruptcy. We received a letter from WAMU telling us to make our next payment to WF at a given address. We sent the payment. The following month, we sent another. The following month we receive a check from WF adding up to the last 2 months payments. We called WF. They informed us that because of our "status" we could not make payments to "that" office. We got another address and simply deposited the check they gave us and turned around and wrote them a check for the same amount. It was sent back. By this time, we are 3 months behind.

They start blowing smoke about a loan mod. We knew no better, so we agreed to do whatever to remain current. During the "decision" process we were told to NOT make payments. 2 months passed, now we were 5 months behind. Finally we were approved. But only for a 3 month mod. We paid 3 months on time, of course. Then were told we had to do it ALL over again, but do NOT make payments until further notice.  2 more months pass. NOW we were 7 months behind. Approved again, only for 3 months.

And the cycle continued. We are now trying for a 5th mod.. Sometimes between mod. decisions, 3 months would pass. They are now telling us we are 18 months behind. 18 months behind after we were caught up from bankruptcy. 18 months behind because THEY told us NOT to send payments. 18 months behind after we worked so hard to get a clean slate. I despise Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.....
